Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports to aid decision-making.
• Conduct financial forecasting and risk analysis.
• Monitor financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans.
• Provide insights into financial performance and recommend actions for improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support.
• Assist in budget preparation and expense management.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree or MBA is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or related field
