Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide top-level technical support and maintain our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be proactive in solving technical issues and will work closely with various teams to ensure the smooth operation of our systems. From troubleshooting hardware and software to assisting with network connectivity, your expertise will be crucial in maintaining our IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity problems.
• Assist in setting up and configuring new devices.
• Maintain and update IT documentation and inventory.
• Conduct system testing and ensure IT security measures are implemented.
• Liaise with external vendors for equipment repairs and upgrades.
• Work on IT projects as assigned by the IT Manager.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Relevant IT certifications are advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support

• English: Fluent
