Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide top-level technical support and maintain our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be proactive in solving technical issues and will work closely with various teams to ensure the smooth operation of our systems. From troubleshooting hardware and software to assisting with network connectivity, your expertise will be crucial in maintaining our IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage help desk tickets and prioritize issues effectively.
• Analyze reported issues to identify trends and address underlying causes.
• Develop and maintain user guides and documentation.
• Handle software installations and updates.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure IT alignment with business goals.
• Contribute to system upgrades and migrations as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Additional certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) are a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in IT support roles
