Job Description

Responsibilities

• Lead structural analysis and design of various projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for project execution.

• Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation measures.
• Support the development of project proposals and presentations.
• Review materials for compliance with specifications.
• Act as a mentor to junior engineers and interns.
• Participate in client meetings and provide technical insight.
• Develop solutions for complex structural challenges.
• Prepare and submit regulatory documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in similar roles

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis
• Building Codes

• Analytical Thinking

Certifications

• ECSA Registered Engineer
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
