We are looking for an Online Educator to create and deliver high-quality online courses. The successful candidate will engage students through interactive content and assess their understanding to promote learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design course content that is interactive and culturally relevant.
• Deliver online instruction and manage classroom logistics.
• Evaluate student performance and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
• Incorporate feedback from students into course planning.
• Support the development of a positive online class culture.
• Encourage student involvement in online forums and discussions.
• Develop partnerships with educational technology vendors.
• Provide mentorship and support for new educators in the program.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or Child Development
• Relevant postgraduate qualifications are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years in a virtual teaching environment
