Job Description

The Strand and Binder Controller will oversee the production of steel wire products, ensuring high-quality standards are met and production targets are achieved. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, and the ability to maintain precise production records.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day operations of the production line, focusing on efficiency and quality.
• Evaluate the production workflow and implement best practices.
• Train and mentor junior staff to enhance performance.
• Report directly to the Production Supervisor on production issues.
• Ensure inventory levels are maintained, ordering materials as necessary.
• Conduct regular audits of production processes for compliance and efficiency.
• Participate in strategic planning for production capacity.
• Manage production schedules to optimize output.

Requirements

Education

• Technical qualification in production management is preferred

Experience

• Experience in steel wire production or related industry will be advantageous

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience in managing a team of production staff: Proven ability in supervising and leading a production team.
