UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate UX/UI Designer to join our creative team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a flair for crafting seamless digital experiences and a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills. You will work closely with developers and project managers to create delightful user interfaces that engage and satisfy users' needs.

Responsibilities

• Translate user needs into engaging designs that meet business goals.
• Use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment.
• Document design processes and provide design specifications.
• Mentor junior designers and promote best design practices.
• Attend design workshops and conferences to enhance skills.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Certification in UX/UI design is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio

• English: Fluent
