The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing IT operations, overseeing system architecture, and implementing innovative IT solutions. You will play a critical role in shaping our IT strategy and ensuring that our network infrastructure and systems are running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement network security measures to protect sensitive data.
• Oversee software and hardware procurement and deployment.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for all IT-related issues.
• Regularly engage with team members to promote continuous learning.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Design systems to meet the technical needs of the business.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and promote their adoption within the organization.
• Manage third-party service contracts and relationships.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems)
• Master's degree in Business Administration is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive IT experience with management responsibilities
