Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects to ensure on-time completion and alignment with business needs.
• Oversee IT systems, ensuring reliability and security of network operations.
• Develop and implement IT strategies that enhance operational performance.
• Ensure successful deployment of new technologies and systems.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to IT staff.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand their IT needs.
• Conduct regular system audits and assessments.
• Supervise the IT support team to provide exceptional service to end-users.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems)
• Master's degree in Business Administration is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive IT experience with management responsibilities
