In this dynamic role, you will work closely with clients to troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues, delivering top-notch customer service while helping customers navigate through installations and configurations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage support tickets and prioritize issues based on urgency.
  • Educate customers on best practices for using software.
  • Analyze customer feedback to improve support services.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Assist in resolving issues related to mobile devices and applications.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for support related queries.

Requirements

Education

Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in IT support roles
