Job Description

The Shrinking Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining the company's shrinking machines to ensure efficient and safe production of packaged goods. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the shrinking machine to produce high-quality shrink-wrapped products.
• Monitor the production process to ensure it meets required specifications.
• Inspect and test finished products for quality assurance.
• Perform machine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns.
• Identify and troubleshooting problems during production.
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all safety rules.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues about production schedules.
• Participate in training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• Post-secondary education in a related field is a plus.

Experience

• Experience with specific brands of shrinking machines preferred.
