• Administer servers, including DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and Firewall configurations.
• Optimize performance of all systems through regular monitoring and adjustments.
• Prepare and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records.
• Collaborate with other IT staff to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Help develop and implement IT policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in systems administration or IT support
