Responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of engineering processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on technical issues.
• Attend industry seminars and training sessions to keep up with current trends.
• Collaborate with Quality Control to assure that product specifications are met.
• Contribute to the development of operational policies and procedures.
• Evaluate new technologies and report on their potential impact on operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering preferred

Experience

• At least 5 years in a manufacturing environment focusing on process optimization
