Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our IT infrastructure, assisting users with IT issues, and providing outstanding technical support. If you have a knack for troubleshooting and a proactive approach to service, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to IT support requests in a timely manner and ensure a high level of customer service.
  • Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
  • Assist with network configuration and management.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on IT equipment.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.
  • Ensure data backups are completed and verify their integrity.
  • Provide users with technical guidance and support on software applications.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in IT or related fields
  • Relevant industry certifications are preferred

  • 3+ years working in IT support roles
