Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you'll be at the forefront of supporting our clients and internal teams with their IT needs. Your role will involve troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring network stability, and assisting with day-to-day IT operations to help maintain a seamless technological environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all first-line IT support requests from users.
  • Ensure all IT equipment is functioning properly.
  • Conduct routine system maintenance and updates.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and upgrades.
  • Assist in data backup and recovery procedures.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for hardware repairs.
  • Provide feedback to management on user needs and IT developments.

Requirements

Education
  • Tertiary qualification in relevant IT field
  • ITIL certification is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support roles
