Responsibilities

• Design and develop architectural concepts and plans.
• Respond to client feedback effectively throughout the design process.
• Manage relationships with contractors and consultants.
• Prepare presentations and reports for client reviews.
• Review and offer constructive feedback on the work of junior architects.
• Ensure projects meet client specifications and budgets.
• Attend site visits and oversee construction stages.
• Maintain project documentation and compliance with regulations.
• Utilize CAD software for drafting and design.
• Contribute to sustainable design initiatives and practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree in Architecture is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of architectural experience

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• SketchUp

Certifications

• Registered Architect
• LEED Accreditation (advantageous)

Languages

• English: Fluent
