We are in search of a seasoned Supply Chain Manager in Cape Town to oversee and enhance our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in logistics, procurement, and inventory management, ensuring that our supply chain runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient inventory management practices to minimize waste.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain processes.
• Collaborate with the finance team to manage supply chain budgets.
• Monitor global supply chain trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Engage in strategic planning to align supply chain goals with business objectives.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, internally and externally.
• Conduct regular supply chain reviews and assessments.
• Identify opportunities to utilize technology in supply chain operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management is preferred

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in managing supply chain operations

Technical Skills

• Data Analysis
• Supply Chain Software

Soft Skills

• Strategic Thinking
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent
