Job Description

The Food Batchmaker is responsible for operating cheese-making equipment and producing high-quality grated cheese. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in food production and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor cheese-making processes closely to ensure standards are met.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely problem resolution.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency.
  • Document production processes as per company guidelines.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with food safety regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in cheese-making or food production
Technical Skills
  • Experience with cheese-making equipment
  • Quality control knowledge
Soft Skills
  • Problem-solving
  • Ability to work under pressure
