Job Description

We are seeking a talented Civil Engineer to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a background in structural and civil engineering, along with experience in managing projects from conception to execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review engineering plans, specifications, and project schedules.
• Supervise the implementation of projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and regulations.
• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for projects.
• Conduct quality control inspections on materials and workmanship.
• Create and maintain relationships with stakeholders, contractors, and clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering or related discipline
