Job Description

We are seeking an Architectural Drafter to join our vibrant team in Pretoria. This role involves creating detailed architectural drawings and plans under the leadership of senior architects. The ideal candidate will have experience in AutoCAD and a keen eye for design, important as you will be involved in developing concepts for various commercial and residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed and precise architectural designs.
• Engage with the team to brainstorm and explore design alternatives.
• Edit and revise architectural sketches and plans to meet project specifications.
• Assist in conducting site analysis to inform design decisions.
• Utilize software to create 3D rendering and visualization of projects.
• Ensure documentation is thorough and meets company standards.
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas.
• Stay updated on architectural trends and technologies.
• Prepare documentation for submissions and bids.
• Maintain communication with suppliers and other professionals for project input.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Architectural Technology or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant architectural experience
