• Document and track incidents, service requests, and resolutions using service management tools.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and software licensing.
• Participate in user training sessions to enhance technology utilization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field is an advantage

• 1+ years of experience in a help desk role
