Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our clients in Bloemfontein. You'll troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with network configurations, and ensure our systems are running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software faults.
  • Maintain communication with users to provide updates on issue resolution.
  • Manage IT tickets and respond promptly to requests.
  • Update and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
  • Conduct user training sessions on IT systems and tools.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software procurement.
  • Assist in developing IT policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience is acceptable
Experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT support roles
