Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or related field
• Certification in IT support (e.g., CompTIA A+)

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or related fields

Technical Skills

• Windows and Mac OS
• Networking
• Help Desk Software (e.g., Zendesk)

Soft Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
