UX Researcher

Responsibilities

• Perform qualitative and quantitative user research.
• Utilize findings to inform the development of product features.
• Assist in developing user experience guidelines based on research insights.
• Work with the analytics team to interpret user data and feedback.
• Support the creation of user stories that capture user goals.
• Engage in iterative design processes, continually improving user experience.
• Train team members on research methodologies and UX best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Psychology, or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant area is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years in user experience research or product design roles

Technical Skills

• User Journey Mapping

• Critical Thinking

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in a startup environment: Familiarity with the fast-paced nature of startups and agile methodologies.
• Fluency in Afrikaans or another local language: Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus.
