Job Description

As the Online Education Manager, you will oversee the development and implementation of our online learning programs. You’ll work closely with educators to ensure that our digital platforms are engaging and meet the needs of our learners.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the production and delivery of online courses.
  • Develop and implement standards for online assessments and user interaction.
  • Build partnerships with educational organizations to enhance program offerings.
  • Foster a positive online learning community for students and educators.
  • Research and implement new technologies to enhance the online learning experience.
  • Advise on budget considerations related to online education initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Master's degree in Education Technology is a plus
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in an educational setting with a focus on online instruction
