Job Description

Uniformer is searching for skilled Shoe Machine Operators and Tenders to join our dynamic production team in Cape Town. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating and maintaining sewing machines to produce high-quality uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple types of sewing machines to produce a variety of uniforms.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations in the workshop.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products before packaging.
• Help streamline production processes to improve efficiency.
• Document production details and report any machine malfunctions.
• Support the production manager in achieving production targets.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate
• Vocational Training in Textile Manufacturing is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years experience in uniform production or similar setting

Technical Skills

• Industrial Machine Operation
• Product Quality Control

Soft Skills

• Time Management
• Communication Skills

Certifications

• Textile Manufacturing Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
