Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead various initiatives in our Durban office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring that goals are met on time and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute projects within defined timelines and budgets.
  • Track project progress and report on milestones.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Facilitate collaboration among team members and departments.
  • Prepare and present project performance reports to senior management.
  • Identify resources needed for project execution and allocation.
  • Utilize project management software and tools effectively.
  • Manage changes in project scope and anticipate potential obstacles.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related discipline
  • Master's degree in Project Management is a plus

  • 5+ years of experience in managing complex projects
