Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Construction Laborers to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in wall scraping, preparation for painting, and general renovation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Preparing surfaces by scraping and cleaning them for painting.
• Executing basic construction tasks under supervision.
• Working cohesively with the painting crew to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintaining a tidy work site by disposing of waste materials properly.
• Operating power tools and hand tools safely.
• Communicating effectively with the team to coordinate tasks.
• Learning about various surface preparations and techniques.
• Assisting in lifting and carrying materials as required.
• Adhering to health and safety standards on site.
• Contributing positively to a team-oriented work culture.
