Job Description

As a Grinding, Lapping, Polishing, and Buffing Machine Tool Setter, you will operate and maintain our precision grinding machines. This role is crucial in ensuring the production of high-quality components for our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Set grinding parameters for various types of materials.
• Monitor machine operations and perform adjustments as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in quality control inspections throughout the production process.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and liaise with maintenance teams.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma in Engineering or similar
• Additional trade qualifications in metal fabrication or related fields

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in precision grinding roles.

Technical Skills
