UI/UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our creative team in Durban. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming high-level requirements into interactive designs and developing user-friendly interfaces. You'll collaborate with product managers and developers, visualizing and designing concepts that resonate with our audience. An eye for detail and a passion for creating intuitive user experiences are essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on user research and analyze user engagement metrics to inform design decisions.
• Translating user stories and requirements into actionable design
• Conduct A/B testing to determine effective design solutions.
• Create detailed user interface specifications and interaction guidelines.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate designs accordingly.
• Lead design workshops and presentations to convey design concepts.
• Explore and implement innovative design solutions to improve user interaction.
• Document design processes for future reference and maintain design documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in web applications

Technical Skills

• Sketch
• Prototyping Tools
• JavaScript (basic understanding)

Certifications

• Certified UX Designer

Languages

• English: Fluent
