As a Purse Maker, you will be responsible for designing and crafting exquisite purses and handbags, working closely with our design team. Your role will involve selecting materials, ensuring quality, and maintaining production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Design unique purse styles in line with fashion trends.
• Utilize sewing machines and pattern-making software effectively.
• Consult with design and sales teams to align production with market demands.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure high standards.
• Assist in training junior makers in best practices and techniques.
• Manage inventory of materials and supplies.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Fashion Design is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in high-end fashion or accessories production

Technical Skills

• Leatherworking
• Design Software Proficiency

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
