Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Durban. You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients, as well as providing health education and preventive care. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a passion for patient advocacy.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes for ongoing treatment plans.
  • Coordinate with specialists for comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient interactions and update medical records timely.
  • Implement evidence-based practices in patient care.
  • Educate patients on medications and potential side effects.
  • Address patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Assist in the development of care protocols and guidelines.
  • Attend training and workshops to enhance nursing skills.
  • Stay updated with the latest healthcare trends and technologies.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license is mandatory
