• Review and approve engineering change requests.

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for staff development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
• Master's degree in Engineering Management or related fields is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environments
