Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will be tasked with resolving technical issues, supporting various IT platforms, and assisting users with hardware and software inquiries. Your customer service skills will be essential in helping us deliver exceptional IT support.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
• Manage backup and recovery solutions for data protection.
• Assist in the development and testing of IT procedures and policies.
• Interact with third-party vendors and service providers.
• Gather user feedback for continuous improvement of systems and processes.
• Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in IT or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is highly desirable

Experience

• 3+ years of technical support experience

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
