Responsibilities

• Execute project designs and oversee project construction sites.
• Review proposals and collaborate with project stakeholders.
• Estimate and negotiate project budgets and timelines.
• Implement quality control measures throughout project development.
• Participate in design reviews and engineering meetings.
• Address client questions and issues in a professional manner.
• Follow up on project compliance and approvals.
• Lead in innovative engineering designs that foster sustainability.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or similar
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the civil engineering field

Technical Skills

• Civil 3D
• Statistical Analysis Software

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Negotiation

Certifications

• SACPCMP registration
• Certifications in relevant engineering software tools are a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with structural analysis software: Hands-on use of structural design programs like SAP2000 or similar.
• Familiarity with geotechnical engineering: Knowledge of geological factors affecting construction projects.
