Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Auditor to join our vibrant team in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for conducting audits, evaluating financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates should be detail-oriented, analytical, and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements from planning to completion.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls within client operations.
• Communicate audit results and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Develop and implement audit strategies to improve efficiency.
• Participate in risk assessments and contribute to audit committee meetings.
• Ensure compliance with local and international auditing standards.
• Document audit processes and findings clearly and thoroughly.
• Assist in the recruitment and training of new audit staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Master's degree or relevant CPA certification is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in auditable financial roles
