We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to manage our financial records in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in accurately maintaining the company's accounting books and financial data, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
• Prepare and review financial reports to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in cash flow management and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with financial advisors on business development.
• Monitor and report on outstanding debts.
• Manage financial discrepancies and provide explanations.
• Support financial planning and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure that all financial data is aligned with company objectives.
• Participate in ongoing financial analysis and cost management initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field

Experience

• 5+ years in financial administration or bookkeeping

Languages
