Responsibilities

• Research and propose sustainable materials and practices in architectural design.
• Prepare and maintain design documentation and project records.

• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural technology.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Architecture is a plus
• Additional certifications in sustainable design preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architecture and sustainable design

Technical Skills

• Parametric Design
• 3D Rendering

Soft Skills

• Time management

Languages

• Afrikaans: Conversational

Advantageous

• Familiarity with local building regulations: Knowledge of Cape Town’s building bylaws and regulations.
• Experience using GIS software: Experience in Geographic Information Systems for site analysis.
