Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and resolve technical issues with hardware and software.
  • Support users in navigating IT systems and applications.
  • Assist in the development of training materials for end-users.
  • Participate in regular IT team meetings to discuss progress.
  • Collaborate on development and integration of IT solutions.
  • Assist in disaster recovery planning and testing.
  • Maintain user accounts and permissions.
  • Prepare reports on IT usage and issues as needed.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support roles
