Responsibilities
Deliver friendly and efficient user support across the organization.
Diagnose hardware and software faults and rectify them.
Set up new user accounts and profiles.
Manage inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
Assist with network connectivity issues and performance monitoring.
Prepare reports on IT service issues and user feedback.
Help maintain a secure IT environment, ensuring data integrity.
Contribute to team meetings regarding improvements in IT services.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred
