Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our Johannesburg team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing technical support to users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining the IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring all systems run smoothly and provide timely assistance to our staff.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to help desk tickets and provide solutions for hardware and software issues.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions.
  • Conduct regular system maintenance and updates.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies.
  • Provide training sessions for end-users on IT tools and software.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support roles
