Responsibilities

• Generate design concepts that align with user needs and business goals.
• Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate design ideas.
• Analyze and report on user behavior and experience patterns.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistency in messaging and design.
• Assist in the onboarding and mentorship of junior designers.
• Lead design critiques and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related field
• Masters in a relevant field preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3 years in a UX/UI design role
