Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Administrator to join our team in East London. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing healthcare operations, ensuring the smooth running of our facility, and improving patient care. This role requires a combination of administrative expertise and a passion for healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the administrative staff and oversee the recruitment process.
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing and collection of payments.
  • Monitor and improve the efficiency of healthcare services.
  • Facilitate meetings with healthcare professionals to discuss operational improvements.
  • Prepare reports for management on healthcare operations.
  • Assist in the implementation of health programs and initiatives.
  • Handle patient inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Management is preferred
