Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Bindery Workers to join our production team. This role involves operating various bindery equipment to ensure high-quality finishing of printed materials. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up bindery equipment for various binding tasks.
• Complete binding operations per job specifications.
• Conduct quality control checks on finished products.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
• Communicate effectively with production team members.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.
• Document production activities and report any discrepancies.
• Assist in training new bindery workers.
• Implement improvements to enhance productivity.
• Support other production staff as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a production or bindery role is advantageous.

Languages
