Job Description

We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Manager to lead our e-commerce strategy and enhance our operational performance in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of online retail management and e-commerce platforms. Your role will involve overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring optimal user experience, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of e-commerce operations, from product sourcing to logistics.
• Collaborate with IT to maintain and update the e-commerce platform.
• Drive initiatives to optimize product listings and online merchandising.
• Create detailed sales forecasts and strategies for growth.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and timeliness.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Retail, or related field
• Master's degree in Business is preferred

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in e-commerce or retail operations
