Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Construction Manager, where you will drive projects from conception to completion. This role requires excellent project management skills, a deep understanding of construction processes, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all project phases, maintaining accountability for project delivery.
  • Establish and enforce project safety protocols to maintain a safe worksite.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Interface with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular meetings with teams to assess progress and address challenges.
  • Implement project management tools and software for better tracking and reporting.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in managing construction projects
