We are in search of a Data Analyst to join our growing team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing data and delivering actionable insights to inform business strategies. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced reporting tools and dashboards.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization through data analysis.
• Collaborate on projects to provide analytical support and insights.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to discuss data outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with data governance policies.
• Conduct A/B testing and other testing methodologies.
• Track key performance indicators and assist in reporting.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field
• Master's degree in Analytics or Business Intelligence is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a data-driven role

Technical Skills

• SQL
• Tableau

• Presentation Skills

Certifications

• Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Associate
• IBM Data Science Professional Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Big Data technologies: Hands-on knowledge of Big Data tools like Hadoop and Spark.
• Ability to mentor junior analysts: Experience guiding and mentoring team members.
