Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Store Manager to oversee our Cape Town location. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in retail management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring a high standard of store presentation.

Responsibilities

  • Direct daily retail operations with a strong focus on customer experience.
  • Optimize sales processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for timely product deliveries.
  • Facilitate a positive team culture centred around high performance.
  • Review and analyze financial reports to drive profitability.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Set measurable performance goals for the team and monitor progress.
  • Organize staff training sessions on product knowledge and customer service.
  • Participate in community outreach events to promote the store.

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation certificate or equivalent
  • Degree in Management or related field preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within retail
