Job Description

We are on the lookout for a qualified Architectural Technologist to support our design efforts. You will play a key role in the development of architectural solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve winning designs through diligent planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review design documents for accuracy and coherence.
• Assist in creating presentations for client reviews.
• Liaise with various project teams to ensure design integrity.
• Participate in design meetings and provide insights on project development.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff members.
• Identify and resolve design-related challenges promptly.
• Explore innovative design practices and integrate them into projects.
• Assess project viability and performance metrics.
• Facilitate communication between clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Manage and update project documentation efficiently.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Architectural Technology or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in architectural technology

Technical Skills

• SketchUp
• Revit

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Teamwork

Certifications

• LEED Certification is advantageous

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Proficiency in advanced visualization tools: Adept at using software for creating detailed project visualizations.
