Responsibilities

• Oversee project initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
• Track project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

• Facilitate risk management processes.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
• Participate in post-project evaluations and reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements for project management practices.
• Support the onboarding and training of new team members.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or Business Strategy preferred

Experience

• 5+ years managing large-scale projects

Certifications

• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
