Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the company and research participants.
• Drive the implementation of data collection techniques.
• Review data for accuracy and ensure high quality in reports.
• Assist in identifying new research opportunities.
• Conduct follow-up interviews as required to validate results.
• Facilitate workshops and presentations to share research findings.
• Continuously improve research methodologies and approaches.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Market Research, or related disciplines

Experience

• 3+ years of experience conducting field research

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
