Job Description

We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk who is proficient in managing large volumes of data while maintaining accuracy. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update information in the company database.
  • Ensure all data entries comply with company policies and standards.
  • Assist in training new staff on data entry procedures.
  • Document processes and provide suggestions for improvement.
  • Manage administrative tasks as assigned by the Office Manager.
  • Help organize and maintain physical filing systems.
  • Follow up with relevant personnel to resolve data discrepancies.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant diploma or certification in Administration
Experience
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in data entry roles
